Rent is due on the first day of each month. If payment is not received by the 5th day of the month, a late charge of 15% will be assessed. We accept check, money order, or credit card. Payments received through the mail should be postmarked no later than the 5th of each month to avoid a late charge.
We do not provide refunds; however, we would be happy to prorate payment with a 30-day notice of vacating a unit or lot.
A $35.00 charge will be assessed if a check is returned from the bank, unpayable.
Storage of hazardous materials or substances is strictly prohibited. Electrical appliances are not to be plugged into any circuit. Please do not hang items or damage the metal electric pipe or fixture.
The unit must be kept locked at all times with the tenant’s lock. If the lock is removed, the manager will assume that the unit has been vacated without notice.
